Welcome
Thank you for taking the time to look at my site. Throughout my life my jobs have always been centred around helping people. I trained in massage therapy over 20 years ago and then went on to become a health care assistant, mainly elderly care and mental health support. I worked for the NHS as a phlebotomist and palliative carer and found myself back in the community delivering end of life support. I have enjoyed working so closely with people and offering comfort and help often at difficult and trying times and I feel my gift has always been based around support and hope.

About 7 years ago I started my journey of self care with meditation and sound baths. After many attempts at talking therapies for anxiety issues I wanted to try something different and not SSRI based, I was shocked at how much healing could come from sound, gratitude, meditation and just making time for myself.

4 years ago my life changed quite dramatically when we discovered I had a brain tumour. I had 2 craniotomies and a long recovery period. I was unable to drive for over a year and unable to go back to my job. 'Shanti' my summerhouse was built to give me a space to recover in that felt away from the 4 walls I found myself stuck in and also to lick my wounds from the physical and mental shock of it all.

The experience has been life changing, I have learnt so much about myself and also alternative and holistic ways for healing not only emotionally but physical pain relief too. I have learnt how medicine isn't always everything you need and that there is great power in mother nature, sound and mindset.

I trained in sound healing because I want to continue to help and support people in a different way than before. I hope to provide relaxation, healing and hope.

I look forward to sharing my space with you
